Drivers Ed is truly
important to anyone who desires to get a driver’s license. By
listening to your instructor and reading the drivers handbook. You
will easily learn from what’s right to what’s wrong in driving
an automobile. Drivers Ed helps you the fundamentals and more than
the basics of driving a car. It will help lower the chances of
driving accidents. Driving accidents and deaths that occur is truly
heartbreaking. To prevent anyone from this horrible situation there
are many steps that can prevent accidents and/or deaths. First is to
not text and drive. It’s highly important that you are watching the
road and the cars around you. Second is to not drink and then drive a
car. Please have a designated driver that is sober if you’re going
to drink. There are many more steps to prevent accidents but these
two are the ones that are most talked about. During the winter time
when I was little. My mom was driving the car. My sister and I both
didn’t had our seatbelts on. Then suddenly the car started to spin.
When it stopped spinning we were right in front of a mailbox,
thankfully not harmed. Ever since then, I learned the importance of
putting your seatbelts on. The steps to be a safer driver is to not
have any distractions when you’re driving. For example, anything
dangling from the rear view mirror that is enormously long. Simply
shutting off your phone is a great way to prevent you to pick up your
phone. Pay attention to how you’re handling your car, the road, and
the cars around you. Overall, Drivers Ed is truly important so you
can learn how to drive a car, be a safe driver, and hopefully prevent
any accidents.
