Most
drivers should know the risks of driving and how to avoid them before
even taking a seat behind the wheel. People should know that driving
puts many lives in danger. Not only is the life of the driver at risk
but so is the life of many pedestrians. A drivers test is crucial to
educating our society on how to stay safe on the road but I believe
that people should emphasize that one should not drive under the
influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Driving is a huge responsibility
that one must consider as it can be hazardous to our society.
Reinforcing the idea that the driver must be sober and well-rested. I
also believe most drivers should be reminded that it’s crucial
their car is safe to drive. This can help avoid any cars breaking
down in the middle of the road and any unwanted situation which can
be easily avoidable if things are done the “safe” and “right”
way. Nowadays most drivers are so easily convinced by the idea of
multitasking but I think that a driver must swear that they will put
most of their focus on the road and being able to get to a
destination without having to check their phone even if they might be
stuck in highway traffic. Drivers ed is crutial to dropping the
number of deaths by addressing issues that can be avoided with
possible solutions especially to young drivers that are learning to
drive as it allows them to learn how to be a proper citizen behind
the wheel.
