Take Me Driving

Best experience possible. My instructor, Kent was the best and super helpful. He helped me pass my Behind The Wheel Test on my first try with 0 Mistakes. Take me Driving is Awesome ! Could give them 10 stars if i could.

Was not super impressed with their customer service. Emailed them, no response, after a week I did call and spoke with them. Not super accommodating and not very friendly. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have used them in the past but going to look for another company that has better customer service.

My newly permitted daughter had her first driving lesson and is scarred. As a parent, we received no communication on how the lesson went. She definitely did not receive the 2 hours we paid for as part of the lesson was spent with another student driver finishing their lesson and a stop to the office for a bathroom break. Corrections were made in a non-calm manner in which should help ease some insecurities rather than increasing them. I am not sure what we spent $180 on as it surly wasn't a private driving lesson that boosted confidence. We now will be searching for another company to undue the negative experience our daughter endured. I do not recommend.

Take me driving is fantastic because they teach you how to pass your DMV behind-the-wheel test before you take the test, and it helps a lot because when you take the driving test at the DMV, you feel confident knowing you will pass your test. Kent is showing me how to improve my driving. Take me driving is awesome !

the man kent?? or whoever really made my anxiety rise while driving with him. he would tell at me and make comments. i already felt terrible while driving because of how afraid i was but he just made it worse with his yelling. ask for a woman if you struggle with driver anxiety

They are teaching my daughter how to drive and doing a great job. She has one more lesson before her DMV test this month but I am confident she will pass her first time. My daughter loves the lady that owns the business. She said she was super friendly and patient. I can also give her cudos for squeezing our second lesson in on short notice after the lockdowns. Highly recommended.

Take me driving was aesome. My son needed his last behind the wheel instruction quickly because the DMV told him at the last minute when test was. Kandra was awesome fitting him in on on her birthday. Thank you so much Kandra for helping us out and Happy Birthday

This is where I went to driving school a few years ago, the class was informative most of the time but I felt like my parents paid a lot to have me go here and one of the days in class all we did was watch a fast and furious movie? They wouldn't meet me at my house for the behind the wheel session so we met somewhere else but at the end of my sessions the instructors would have me drive to another persons house to pick them up and then that person would start driving. This was a bit strange in my opinion because we're talking about 15/16 year olds who may or may not have ever driven before and you as another kid just have to trust another kid rather than the instructor. The male instructor told me in the vehicle that during my real behind the wheel test I should wear big earrings and a tight fitted top, my parents obviously were upset with that comment but when they communicated with the school about this they sort of got upset and very defensive about it. I have no hard feelings with this place or anyone working there, it's not bad by any means this was just my experience and some things that struck me as odd.

My daughter had such a positive and awesome experience with her driver, Nichole. She can't wait until her next lesson!

Took 2 driving lessons so far with Kendra ! And she was amazing !!! She really went beyond on each driving lesson and boost my confidence on my driving . I really recommend this place . Overpassed my expectations ! She explained throughly everything I needed to work on , always cheered me on ! She was a great instructor ! Look forward to have my last lesson soon with her ! UPDATE *** Took the behind wheel test this morning for the first time and I passed with a great score ! Thanks to Kendra I was able to achieve this , she's amazing !

This is a giant love note/thank you to Kendra, who made it possible for my daughter to pass her second attempt at her driving test. Kendra met us for one session in Petaluma. In that one session, my daughter's confidence came full circle, and she made more progress in 2 hours than in all the time she and I worked together, or the 6 hours she worked with another instructor. Additionally, Kendra gave us an overview of what we should work on before my daughter's next test. Kendra is patient, kind, wise, funny, and very flexible. paid 150.00 for two hours.....daughter learned zip!!!!? never learn to drive on rt 101.....and she returned to me with the instructor driving back into parking lot? i felt ripped off daughter did not even have two hours for which i paid?!!!!! ,,,,thanks for nothing!!!!!!

I took my daughter to take me driving, first of all right when I stepped foot in the door I was rudely spoken to by the owner herself, she didn't seem to understand the meaning of good customer service. I was shocked that she was actually the owner, long story short she was not helpful or kind in any way, I do not recommend anyone to ever come to this joke of a "business" Also her communication skills were so terrible, my 2 year old son has better communication skills than this lady.. The only reason why I'm even giving 1 star is because yelp would not let me post until I did just a FYI Kendra was terrible

I was waiting to write this review until after I took my behind-the-wheel test, and it turns out I passed! I would not have done so well if it weren't for the help of Lydia, who was my instructor for only my 3rd (and final) lesson. She showed me CRUCIAL things that I had not gone into depth with, or had even learned with my previous instructor (who I believe is named Sarah). I'm not saying that she didn't help me as well, but I would not have received my driver's license if it weren't for Lydia. Overall very happy with this training.

I had a stroke five years ago. Getting my license has not been easy, but between Kandra and Kent, I passed the driver's test with hardly any mistakes! I would recommended Take Me Driving to anyone, especially persons with handicapped issues who didn't think they could do it. Thank you for believing in me.

I did behind the wheel training with Lydia and passed my drivers test two weeks later. She is a great teacher- very calm and clear in her instruction. I felt very comfortable after suffering from severe driving anxiety for decades. I'm so glad I contacted Take Me Driving! Thank you Lydia- you rock!

All three of my children did their drivers Ed & driving lessons here. My two older children passed first time & my youngest will take her test in a few months. Very nice people & friendly & great driving instructors. Would recommend to everyone. Mr Kandra is an excellent teachers he tutored me on the things that I needed help in, I passed my test with one try thanks to him. If you go to this school choose Mr. Kandra , and I promise that you will pass ,he takes time and patients with you and trains you properly.
