Protect the roads at all times

It’s important to drive safe and protect the road in order to protect yourself and others. Time after time, people are suffering injuries from minor mistakes that can be avoided by paying more attention to detail, awareness, and responsibility. it’s important to minimize distractions so that you’re able to pay more attention while on your day today commute. I personally have trained my mind and focus to pay attention to my surroundings. I constantly check my mirrors. I am delayed after turning on a signal to ensure that others recognize my signals. I turned down my radio and put away my phone to avoid unnecessary accidents. As I drive down the road, I see so many people with their phone in their hands as they are making turns, passing by pedestrians and driving on the highway. I now wonder after passing “fender benders “on the side of the road and wonder to myself, “How could this incident been avoided?” “ Did either of the drivers do what they were supposed to do and an uncontrollable accident occurred?” These are some of the questions that I ponder. So many minor incidents are caused by drivers Exhibiting poor attention to detail. While operating a motor vehicle, it is your responsibility and duty to be aware. It is your responsibility to protect yourself. It is your responsibility to protect Pedestrian. I’ve noticed that technology has grown to a point to cause more accidents by drivers Interactions with social media. On the other hand, I have noticed the growth of technology protect human lives by updated control systems to promote driver safety. As technology has grown to make our life simple from a user experience ,it has also has also changed the driving experience for a lot of people. I’ve personally seen drivers riding down the roads using portable devices while communicating and driving at the same time. It is your duty and responsibility as a driver to protect the road at all times. By the use of portable device while driver interaction with a motorized vehicle can cause a delayed response time if anything suddenly appeared in the road. It is important to make sure that you avoid arguments, ensure that children are safe , avoid eating and avoid grooming. Those are just a list of things that can keep you distracted while making your commute. a stressful and emotional conversation can cause you to jerk the wheel or merely want to make eye contact with a passenger while talking and driving. This can be avoided as a driver and a passenger. It is important to have conversations with your passenger to ensure that they assist with keeping the road safe by avoiding hostile situations. I personally believe as a passenger it is your duty to protect yourself by making sure the driver is relaxed and comfortable. As a passenger, you should encourage the driver to resist from “road rage.” Personally when I am a passenger and a driver needs anything. I am the one to assist. Some way I have assisted a driver is by plugging up a cell phone while the car was used. Another way I have contributed to protecting the roads is by ensuring that the backseat passengers are secure especially if they are children. Passengers play a key roll with driver safety if they can use basic psychologic effort to encourage the driver to operate the vehicle with good emotional energy and cognitive awareness. Avoiding alcohol while driving is extremely important since there are numbers of incidents that end fatally from drivers use of alcohol. so many innocent people have died from being hit by a drunk driver while having a casual walk down the street, a normal commute to work. You can personally avoid embarrassing yourself by hurting someone else and causing yourself to personally receive time in jail , paying fees , fines and having your license suspended. Having your license suspended can cause so much pain in your every day life such as not being able to commute to the grocery store and work. You will lose the convenience of being able to personally move yourself around from time to time. You may not live by local transportation or have the additional money to pay for transportation . as humans we are supposed to protect each other from danger and not be the contribution to danger. It is effortless to operate a motor vehicle and at the same time it takes little to no effort to hurt someone by not doing the right things to ensure driver safety and protecting the roads at all time, if this is in and you and you practice driver safety, it eventually becomes second nature as your body would have an automatic response to do the right things. Please protect the roads at all times.
